Urban Shells Limited does collect a certain amount of information from our customers and visitors to our website. We do this for the effective running of our day-to-day business and in improving your experience with urbanshells.com. This is general information like your domain type, IP service provider, browser type and IP address and is presented in the form of overall average use on a daily basis and does not contain personal information about you.

Urban Shells Limited has implemented stringent security measures to protect the information we collect at our website. We receive and store the information on our secure databases which are only accessible as needed by authorised staff who are fully aware of the importance of confidentiality.

If you are visiting urbanshells.com from a location outside the United Kingdom, your connection will be through, and to, servers located in the U.K. Your orders placed with urbanshells.com will be accepted and fully processed in, and shipped from, the U.K. unless otherwise notified. All information you provide will be processed and securely maintained in our web servers and internal systems located in the U.K.
Furthermore, your personal information is not stored or remotely accessible on our website or on servers whose specific function is for the internet. In the event of a possible intrusion to our internet server you can be assured that your personal information and any data relating to yourself personally are not obtainable. The only data stored on our server are the general statistics.

Unfortunately, potential security and privacy issues are inherent in the nature of the internet and no data transmission over the internet can ever be absolutely guaranteed. We do undertake to provide the most secure shopping environment possible. We designed the urbanshells.com online store to accept orders only from web browsers that permit communication through secure technology.

Urban Shells Limited does not sell, rent or disclose your email address or other personal information to unrelated third parties unless required to do so by law, or based on our belief and in good faith, that it is necessary to protect the users of our website or the public.

We use the information gathered for processing your order, developing our website and for planning in improving our products and services to customers and visitors to the website. When processing online transactions we never receive your card details.   All payments are dealt with securely via PayPal or with special permissions a cheque can be sent. We may use the information you provide to inform you about new Urban Shells products or items of interest via email or postal mail as long as you have indicated that you do not object to this. We try not to do this intrusively and you can always choose not to receive any further newsletters or promotional material from us by clicking on the appropriate link clearly visible in emails we send. When a visitor registers to join a mailing list, the information collected is used to communicate with that person directly and to help build a profile using the geographic location, age and any feedback the visitor may wish to provide. We welcome feedback and any comments made are used to improve our services and not for market research nor are stored with the customer's registration details as collective data.

Ordering From Us
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process.  As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order, and this is when the purchase contract will be made. The deduction of monies from your Payment Card does not mean that we have accepted your order nor does it mean that a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject your order we will credit your Payment Card with the amount deducted.

We may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

By placing your order, you agree that Urban Shells Limited total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the price actually paid to Urban Shells Limited for the product.
 
Price and Import Tax
All orders must be paid for by credit or debit cards and you cannot pay in instalments.  All prices shown are in pounds sterling (£). Any home currency prices listed are indicative, based on current exchange rates. The total transaction amount may vary slightly once your order is charged to your credit card, if this is the chosen payment method. The reason for this is that when your order is charged to your card, the exchange rate used by your credit card company may vary to that indicated at the time of placing the order.

The prices listed on our website do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges and/or administration fees that the parcel may incur when entering the country of destination. The majority of shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties however the destination country’s customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge duties and taxes and/ or administration fees on your shipment. These charges vary from country to country and are not covered by urbanshells.com.

Delivery
The address details used for the shipment of your order are the exact details supplied by you at the time of ordering. Incorrect details may result in delivery delays so it is important to check these details when ordering.
Deliveries generally take up to 14 working days to any part of the world. It is important to note that the Customs Agency in the country of destination (where applicable) may delay the delivery of an order for up to 6 weeks for inspection or as a random security measure. This applies to a small percentage of orders shipped and unfortunately is uncontrollable by Urban Shells. If no one is home for delivery of your purchase, local postal guidelines will apply.

We aim to dispatch your chosen item(s) within 24 hours – 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of receiving your order.

Delivery of goods shall be made by various carriers to the delivery address as specified by you at the time of placing your order.  If goods are not able to be received at this address, then subsequent redirections or redeliveries may be chargeable.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us through our website or email us on admin@urbanshells.com

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to put it back in the post to us, and we will refund you the cost of the item only (not the delivery.)

Refund/Returns Policy
We trust that you will be very satisfied with your purchases, but in the event that you wish to return items please do contact us immediately. 
We will then confirm your exchange or refund with you and provide all the necessary return details. We will ask you to return the item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less delivery costs. You will receive your exchange or refund (excluding any postage) within 10 working days of us receiving back the goods.    

Unless the goods are defective or damaged (see below), you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.  Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or at least get a Certificate of Posting. 

Unfortunately we will be unable to accept items broken or lost during return transit, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they have reached us and we will not reimburse you until the goods are returned to us in good (fit for resale) condition. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If goods returned to us are found to be damaged, we will not refund any money. We will tell you this in writing by email. The goods will then be kept at our premises for 90 days from the date of that written notice, after which time we will dispose of them without any further notice to you. You may pay us to return them to you as long as you tell us in writing before the expiry of the 90-day period.

Exchanges and Returns
Manufacturing Faults:
We are very proud of the manufacturing and printing quality that goes into making each Urban Shells product. However, if there is ever a manufacturing fault with an item you have received, please contact us immediately. We will exchange the item/s for free and reship immediately. On return of the faulty item/s we will refund your shipping costs.

Not completely satisfied?
If you receive your Urban Shells product and you are not completely satisfied we are more than happy to exchange or provide a refund on the item/s purchased provided they are returned to us in original condition and within 21 days of you receiving the shipment. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us. You will be charged for the additional item/s sent if you fail to return the original item/s back to us by the specified time period.

Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any problems occurring in transit with products returned to us. The total amount for the items returned and accepted will be refunded to the credit card on which the original payment was made. The amount refunded will be made in pounds sterling (£) as per your original purchase.

Returns Policy (damaged goods on arrival)
Every possible care is taken to ensure that goods are in perfect condition when despatched. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of goods which appear faulty or damaged in transit. Regrettably we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any goods which have been used or damaged due to abuse and/or improper use.

Goods which are damaged on receipt must be returned within 14 days of delivery. When returning the order please ensure the package is secured and appropriate insurance obtained. You will be refunded for any reasonable postage and packing costs you incur when returning faulty items within 14 days of original delivery. The refund will be transacted upon receipt of the goods back into our possession.

Returns Policy (incorrect goods despatched - our fault)
If you receive goods which you consider to be incorrect please contact us immediately.
Goods which have been incorrectly despatched must be returned within 14 days of delivery. When returning the order please ensure the package is secured and appropriate insurance obtained. You will be refunded for any reasonable postage and packing costs you incur when returning faulty items within 14 days of original delivery. We will not refund postage costs for returns received after 14 days following delivery. The refund will be transacted upon receipt of the goods back into our possession.

Returns Policy (incorrect goods despatched - your fault)
If you have ordered incorrect goods and wish to make an exchange/part exchange for the correct items please contact us immediately. We will exchange goods at our discretion, with cash adjustment either way, providing we receive them back as soon as possible, in perfect condition. We will not refund postage costs for returns.
